Yoga Fridays 9:00 am

This class starts with flowing movements and poses that transition from one to the other with the breath.  After we’ve warmed up the joints and muscles of the whole body with this active style of yoga, we will slow down and enjoy stretches, breath work, and restorative poses to bring balance and openness to the body and mind as a whole.  All levels of yoga practitioner and flexibility are welcome.   Bring your own mat, comfortable clothes and water bottle.

$48/session (1x week), $13 drop-in

Kettlebells

Tuesdays/Thursdays 8:30-9:30am

Kettlebells is going strong at Southern Village Club. This program gets you in shape without the joint-pounding of traditional exercise. Great for men and women, all ages. Want more information, click here!

Tang Soo Do

Tiny Tigers Wednesday(s) – 5pm to 5:30pm (4 – 7 years old)
Youth Wednesday(s) – 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Adult Wednesday(s) 6:30 – 7:30pm

Tang Soo Do is the traditional Korean Martial Art that has been practiced for approximately, 2000 years. Tang Soo Do with Master David Kwon offers a variety of classes for different ages and abilities in their Southern Village location.

Broadway Bound

Tuesdays 3:30 – 7:30 (10 weeks for Troupe)
Thursdays 4:00 – 6:30 (9 weeks for Teen Scene)
Thursdays 7 – 8:30 (6 weeks for Adult Performance)

Broadway Bound provides classes and performance opportunities for performers at every level. From classic Broadway Revues to modern glee-style shows, we offer a “learn by doing” approach to musical theatre!
