Yoga Fridays 9:00 am
This class starts with flowing movements and poses that transition from one to the other with the breath. After we’ve warmed up the joints and muscles of the whole body with this active style of yoga, we will slow down and enjoy stretches, breath work, and restorative poses to bring balance and openness to the body and mind as a whole. All levels of yoga practitioner and flexibility are welcome. Bring your own mat, comfortable clothes and water bottle.
