* Required Information

Stingray Academy registration is open for the 2018 season!

The Stingray Academy is taught by trained staff and consists of small groups with a single instructor.

  • Requirements

    Children must be age 5 or older.  The candidate must be able to swim half the length of the pool.  In addition, the swimmer must be able to put their face in the water and practice rhythmic breathing (taking a breath regularly) and have a semblance of an out-of-water stroke.  This is similar to what a child would learn if they completed a typical beginner swimming class.

  • Goal

    To teach children to safely swim across the pool, and be eligible to join the swim team.
