Yoga/Pilates Combo Class
Wednesdays/Fridays 8:15-9:15 am Free classes Feb. 29th and March 2nd
Instructor: Erin Dangler
This is a unique Flow Yoga with Pilates Infusion Class, blending the flexibility of yoga with an extra core-strengthening component. Erin has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years and pilates for 8 years. She is certified with YogaFit Training Systems & Expert Rating. The class is considered intermediate, but can be modified to suit gentler or more active needs. New session begins March 7th. Please complete the registration form to participate.
Kettlebells – New Session Begins Tuesday, March 6th

Kettlebells has arrived at Southern Village Club. This program gets you in shape without the joint-pounding of traditional exercise. Great for men and women, all ages. Please complete the reservation form to get your spot in this exciting new fitness class. The class will meet for 8 weeks, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am and 9:30am. Cost is $150.00.

Evening Yoga
Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm
Instructor: Laura Terry
Laura will begin a new 4-week session of Hatha Yoga in March. The practice focuses on balance… stretching tight areas and strengthening weak ones. You can improve your core strength, breath control, balance, posture, flexibility and range of motion. This class is also a great addition to your current training routine whether for running, triathlons, or general fitness. Please bring a mat, stretchy or loose clothing, and a water bottle. Cost for a 4-week session is: $70/members, $80/non-members, $12/drop-in.
Laura received her certification as a yoga instructor in 2008. She has a BA in Exercise and Sports Science from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Masters of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University. You can contact her for more information at lterrync@gmail.com
